Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the Customer

You may cancel a confirmed booking by contacting our support team. The applicable refund depends on how far in advance you cancel relative to your scheduled pickup time.

• More than 24 hours before pickup: full refund, no cancellation charge.
• Between 6 and 24 hours before pickup: 75% refund.
• Between 2 and 6 hours before pickup: 50% refund.
• Less than 2 hours before pickup or no-show: no refund.

2. City Tour & Hourly Package Cancellations

City tour and hourly package bookings follow the same cancellation windows above. For multi-day or custom corporate arrangements, cancellation terms agreed at the time of booking will apply.

3. Cancellation by Kasturi Travels

In the rare event that we are unable to fulfil a confirmed booking (for example, due to a vehicle breakdown or unforeseen circumstances), we will make every effort to arrange an alternative vehicle. If we cannot, you will receive a 100% refund.

4. Refund Method & Timeline

All approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at the time of booking via our payment gateway, Razorpay.

Refunds are typically initiated within 2 business days of approval and reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Changes & Rescheduling

You may reschedule a booking free of charge up to 6 hours before pickup, subject to vehicle availability. Rescheduling requests made later may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.

6. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To cancel a booking or request a refund, contact us by phone, email, or WhatsApp with your booking number. Our team will confirm your cancellation and the applicable refund amount.
