How we deliver our travel services to you.

Kasturi Travels is a passenger transport service. As we provide journeys rather than shipped goods, this policy describes how our services are confirmed and delivered.

1. Nature of Our Service

Kasturi Travels provides passenger transport and travel services — one-way rides, round trips, hourly packages, and curated city tours. We do not sell or ship any physical products. This policy explains how our services are "delivered" to you.

2. Booking Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, your booking is confirmed instantly. You will receive a confirmation by email containing your booking number and trip details. Our team is simultaneously notified to begin arranging your driver and vehicle.

3. Service Delivery

  • After confirmation, our team assigns a driver and vehicle to your booking.
  • Driver and vehicle details (name, contact number, vehicle category) are shared with you ahead of your scheduled pickup, typically via WhatsApp.
  • Your service is "delivered" when the driver arrives at your pickup point at the scheduled time and completes your journey to the destination.

4. Service Timelines

Pickup times are as per the date and time you select at booking, shown in Indian Standard Time (IST). We recommend booking in advance to guarantee vehicle availability, especially during peak hours and holidays.

5. Digital Documents

Your booking receipt and invoice are made available digitally through your account and by email. No physical documents are shipped.

6. Need Help?

If you have not received your booking confirmation or driver details, please contact our support team with your booking number and we will assist you promptly.
